Tasting Notes: The Golden Dragon is possibly the best beer in the world. This multi award winner is a strong dark ale with coffee and chocolate overtones. Tasting Notes: A top fermented beer, brewed in Steenhuffel since 1747. Gives off a typical bitter sweet aroma and dry refreshing taste.

Tasting Notes: A fruit and herb infused white wheat beer. Look for a natural white cloud and light crisp finish. Produced by Belgium Beer Master Pierre Celis who now brews out of Austin Texas.

Tasting Notes: Bubbly, creamy white head. Aroma of sweet malt, wheat, yeast, and a crisp, light fruitiness. Malt, wheat, and grain flavors stand out with the sweetness and fruit more subtle.

Tasting Notes: Hazy red-brown colour with a nice light brownish head. Sweet aroma of plum, alcohol, chocolate. Flavour is very complex with dark malts, caramel, chocolate, some spices.
Augustin Grand Cru 9% alc/vol 330ml $8.5
Tasting Notes: Strongly fruity, spicy, yeasty and malty aroma with a hint of alcohol. Golden colour, hazy and average size, white, slightly lasting head with good lacing. Fruity (citrus), acidic, slightly yeasty and malty flavour. Lively carbonated, and medium to full-bodied palate.

Tasting Notes: A beautiful honey infused Flanders Ale. Look for honey in the nose and on the tongue this one is truly delicious.

Tasting Notes: Pours a dark brown with a fizzy and thin brown head that lasts. Aroma is malty and coffee like with some dried fruit flavors such as prunes. Some chocolate, plum, and brown sugar.

Pauwel Kwak 8% alc/vol 330ml $8.5

Tasting Notes: Wonderful complex aroma, full of malt, fruit, yeast, alcohol and floral hops. Flavours are sweet malt, caramel & toffee, cherries, yeast, raisins and sherry.

La Caracole Saxo Blonde 8% alc/vol 330ml $9

Tasting Notes: Massive tight foamy white head. Very dry hoppy aroma, with plenty of lemon and very light banana-candyish malt. Taste is mild and spicy with an even-handed candied sugar base, melon husks, tangerine, and pear.

Petrus Aged Pale 7.3% alc/vol 330ml $9

Tasting Notes: Pours clear gold with a medium white head. Aroma of sour grapes, apples, wood, faint spices, yeast and lemons. Mouth feel is very lively. Flavor is sour and citrusy with some yeast, oak and tart cherry. Finish is exceptionally clean and dry, leaving your tongue ready for another sip.

Karmeliet Tripel 8% alc/vol 330ml $9

Tasting Notes: Pours clear gold with a very light head. Lots of carbonation. Sweet and slightly fruity that turns to citrus and spice. A near perfect beer.

Bavik Ezel Wit 5.8% alc/vol 250 ml $8

Tasting Notes: Strong lemon esters, light spiciness and plenty of wheat in the nose. Opaque yellow-white body is topped by a strong, dense, fluffy, white head that recedes very slowly to cover. Flowery, herbal spiciness over light citrus character and a nice wheat base. Smooth and creamy texture is offset by crisp, fine bubbled and lightly prickly carbonation. Simple direct and enjoyable.

Tasting Notes: Massive snow white head. Nose has some spice to it, with some orange, citrus and sugary aromas. Very high carbonation, lemon and green apple bitterness. Swings between fruity bitterness and some sweet alcohol tones.

Tasting Notes: Pours golden / blond with a large frothy white head. The aroma is very bready and malty with rich toffee and a good amount of yeast. Medium body, fairly crisp with a good amount of sharp carbonation.

Chimay Blanche 8% alc/vol 330ml $8.5

Tasting Notes: golden colour, slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized.

Tasting Notes: Thick creamy head that stays for the long run. Aroma of fruit, sweet roasted malt, and cherry. Sweetness, bubble gum, cherries in flavor, mild alcohol in aftertaste.

Tasting Notes: Golden Shining and soft feeling in the mouth, perfectly balanced with a full bodied aroma and a hoppy dry long finish

X.O. 5.9% alc/vol 330ml $9.5

Tasting Notes: The beer made with cognac pours a coppery brown with a lingering off-white head. The aroma is prunes, dried fruit and caramel with a taste that is much the same. Full, syrupy body with minimal carbonation. Starts sweet, ends sweet, but unusually low alcohol for this style.

Belge 5% alc/vol 250ml $8

Tasting Notes: A full bodied amber beer with long finish and subtle bitterness. Look for hints of orange peel, pine and allspice.
